Dental telephone training is essential for the dental front office as it is one of the toughest positions in any industry and supervising patient service over the telephone can be quite challenging. The main job of the dental front office staff is to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control for all the first interactions with the patients, and customers that you have with the company.
